Welcome to PcWorldLive. We provide premium digital services, including cricket tournament graphics and scoring themes. Below is our policy regarding payments and refunds.
Since our products are digital services (Live Graphics Themes), we generally do not offer refunds once a theme is activated or the tournament broadcast has started.
We allow users to upgrade their themes mid-tournament. In such cases, an extra charge is applied based on the price difference and the total tournament days. This amount is deducted directly from your PcWorldLive Credits.
You can switch to a lower-priced theme at any time. However, please note that NO REFUNDS or 'Pcw Credits' will be issued for the price difference when moving to a cheaper plan.
Once a tournament is created and the payment is deducted from the Pcw Credits, the transaction is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
